Warm-Up: 2 minute practice DU’s, 2×8 OHS @ 45#, 2×10 pullups, stretch

WOD: 2K Row (Time– 8:34)

Strength: 2-2-2-2-2 Front Squat; 3-3-3-3 Bench Press
